eschenmoser盐，二甲基亚甲基碘化铵是一个很强的二甲氨基甲基化试剂，用于制备
rch2n(ch3)2一类化合物。烯醇化物、烯醇硅醚及更酸性的酮都可有效的进行二甲氨基甲基化用于mannich反应。
